(AN ADVANCED LISTENING LESSON)
Have you been spending more time outdoors than usual during this pandemic? If so, it’s probably because you’re lucky enough to have access to outdoor spaces.
For many people, being able to hike, cycle or just sit out in nature is crucial for their mental and physical health.
This week’s lesson looks at the issue of access to natural spaces – who owns these spaces, and who gets to use them. It’s based on this YouTube clip by Nick Hayes from Double Down Media:Â Why is 92% of England off limits to the general public?
The language focus this week is sentence inversion. I think you’ll find it really challenging and useful. I hope you enjoy this lesson and learn some useful language.Â
