(AN ADVANCED LISTENING LESSON)
We know that the way we feel has an effect on our body language, but does it surprise you that our body language actually has an effect on the way we feel?
In this listening lesson, we will learn about a study carried out by Amy Cuddy, which proved just that. She believes that this information has the potential to change the lives of those who feel ‘chronically powerless’, as well as anyone who’s facing a nerve-wracking situation, like a job interview.

I hope you enjoy this talk and, who knows, maybe even get something out if it.
