Well, it’s no secret WHY I have chosen this topic! Many of us are living through some of the most stressful times we’ve ever experienced.
In fact, even the title of this week’s TED talk by Kelly McGonigal – How to make stress your friend – will either have you saying “Not possible!” or “Tell me how!”
Apparently, the way you think about stress, not how much stress you experience, has a dramatic effect on how much it affects our health.
