I think we can all agree that we’ve seen a whole range of leadership styles on display, from extremely impressive to absolutely dismal.

Jacinda Ardern, New Zealand’s prime minister, has been said to be one of the standout leaders of this crisis. This lesson is based on an article that explores her success and the reasons for it.
